Where do you ship?

Worldwide, with a temporary pause for EU countries with the exception of Finland. All orders are packaged carefully to ensure safe delivery.

For US customers:
International orders ship via UPS. Customs duties or UPS handling fees may apply upon delivery and are outside of my control. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

For EU customers except Finland:

Due to new EU packaging compliance regulations (PPWR/EPR) coming into effect August 12th 2026, I'm temporarily pausing shipping to EU countries outside Finland until further notice.

These regulations require independent sellers to register separately in every EU country they ship to, incurring extra large fees and bureaucracy which is a process that isn't currently feasible for a small one-person studio.

Finland orders continue as normal. UK, US, Australia, New Zealand, and the rest of the zones outside of EU are unaffected.

I'm monitoring the situation and hope to resume EU shipping once there's more clarity. Likely after October 2026 when further regulatory guidance is expected.

Thank you for your understanding.

In general outside of EU:
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping for mixed orders

Shipping is calculated based on your total order value at checkout. You’ll always see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

How long does shipping take?

Finland: 2–5 business days. EU: 5–10 business days. UK: 5–10 business days. International: 7–21 business days depending on destination.

**As of September 2026 I am on parental leave until further notice - orders will be fulfilled and shipped on Sundays and Mondays

Will I need to pay customs duties or import tax?

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer.

How are artworks packaged?

Prints are shipped in rigid mailers with backing boards and protective sleeves. Original paintings are wrapped securely with protective materials. Framed prints can be shipped or collected in person — from my studio at Meritullinkatu 33.

Returns & Damages

Do you accept returns?

The Artwork

Are the prints signed?

Yes. All open edition and limited edition prints are hand signed in pencil. Limited editions are also numbered.

What is a limited edition print?

The limited edition prints currently available in the shop are produced in a numbered series of 20 copies. Each print is hand signed and numbered by the artist.

Can I frame the prints myself?

Yes. The A4 print is a standard European size, so frames are widely available at IKEA and most frame shops. The 20×20cm prints are also a standard square size. If you’d prefer a ready-to-hang option, framed versions are available — shipped or collected in person.

Who owns the copyright?

All artworks remain the copyright of Antonio Luzano after purchase. Buying an artwork does not transfer reproduction rights. The work may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
